Which countries do you ship to?

i deliver worldwide and all deliveries will be tracked and signed,special delivery in the UK,which unfortunately is reflected in the price but does provide you with tracking and cover me for any losses 
i will try to ship within 7 days as the ‘day job’ usually prevents me getting home before the post office close but i should get there on a saturday,i’ll do my best to keep you informed when i think i’ll post and then supply tracking once posted .

Tax and Import Duties

VAT:  I am a small business and do not pay, or charge, UK VAT on my pipes.

Customs, import taxes and local VAT for buyers based outside of the UK: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes, including local VAT, that may apply and be charged locally on your pipe.  Please check these and be aware of the potential additional cost before purchasing a pipe - I do not have information on local taxes and duties payable in each different country.  If there is anything specific you need/want put on the customs declaration, please let me know.  Customs and import duties are a particular problem for customers in Europe buying from the UK now we’ve, unfortunately, left the European Union.

I send all parcels tracked, so you will be able to follow your pipe’s journey to its new home, but I’m afraid I’m not responsible for delays at customs or local parcel depots. 

Returns and refund policy

As a small business, making individual items, I don’t accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty.  

Full details, measurements and a wide selection of photographs are shown for each pipe and I’m very happy to answer any questions you have before you purchase an item, so you can be confident you are buying the right pipe for you.

I take great care to produce quality items, which are carefully checked before sending, and well packaged so they should arrive with you without damage.  If an item is faulty, or you are unhappy with it in any way, please contact me as soon as you receive your pipe, so we can talk about the issue and resolve it.  I do want my customers to be happy customers.
